Registration is online only. Follow these steps:
- Download the Comprehensive Information Package for reference.
- Once you have reviewed the information packet, please register and complete all required input.
- Complete the Payment process – one-half due now, full payment by June 30, 2026 to reserve classes. At the bottom of the form you will choose the level of fee payment you will pay today, fill in your card information, and payment will be processed securely by Stripe when you submit the form.
Links for paying any balance due will be available closer to the date of the retreat. We will announce when that is and send emails when they are available.
If you elected to purchase merchandise, and did not already pay for them, please follow this link to pay for them separately.
- Course selections and housing choices will be confirmed via email in early July.
Cancellations:
You may cancel up to May 19 and receive 100% of your deposit refunded minus the processing fee. After that, If you cancel on or before June 16 you will receive a refund of 90% of your deposit minus the processing fee. Cancellations on or befiore June 30 will receive 85% of their deposit refunded minus the processing fee, and any cancellations after that will receive no refund.
