The Gathering

One of NHA's most important roles is sponsoring fiber-related events. For these events, each member state takes their turn hosting the event, and takes primary responsibility for the event when they are host state.

The Gathering

NHA sponsors a biennial weekend of intensive workshops and sharing of ideas for spinners throughout the region, known as The Gathering.

All member states take turns at hosting The Gathering. NHA members are eligible to attend The Gathering. Space is limited, however, so please register early to ensure your place at this wonderful event.

The Gathering 2008 will take place Friday Nov 7- Sunday Nov 9.
 
PLEASE NOTE CHANGE OF VENDORS HRS-the vendors will not open at 2pm Friday as previously planned
 
Registration will take place Friday 2pm-5pm and Saturday 7:30 -8:00am
 
Events will start with an opening reception at 5pm in the lobby of the Colonial Ballroom.
 
We will have dinner at 6pm and a spin in at 8pm
 
Please refer to your brochures for what to bring for your classes and the materials fee's needed.  It would be helpful to have correct change for material fee's.

Although the rest of the events at The Gathering are for attendees only the vendors are open to the public.
 
There has been a bit of a problem with the hotel double booking the vendor room so I am not sure when the vendors will open Friday
 
The vendors will be open Saturday 11:30-1:30 and 4:30 to 8:00 and Sunday 11:30 to 1:30
